We envisage that each team will discuss and submit a number of ideas for initial review\, at which point a panel of experts will evaluate and provide feedback on which idea they deem most suitable to work on for the duration of the programme. The skills learned during this development programme can then be applied by any individual to work independently on their ideas\, or in future iterations of this innovation programme at future dates. Can I work with a team of colleagues?Yes\, if you have a preference to work solely with a team of your colleagues please include that in your registration email to sprints@mater.ie. Otherwise\, teams will be formed from participants registering individually. \nWhat work load is anticipated over the 8 weeks? This will vary week to week and depend on the amount of work required to develop an idea through to the presentation and final application stage\, but it is envisaged that it will require approximately 2 hours of work per week to brainstorm with your team or work independently to generate a team “elevator pitch” 5 minute presentation. Teamworking sessions can be scheduled by the appointed team lead to suit the team best. \nWhat will be the end result of this programme? All participants who complete this programme will receive a certificate of completion from the Pillar Centre. It is anticipated that the ideas developed during the programme will be written up in an application form such as the Enterprise Ireland commercialisation feasibility funding (https://www.enterprise-ireland.com/en/funding-supports/Researcher/Funding-to-Commercialise-Research/Commercialisation-Fund-Programme-Commercial-Case-Feasibility-Grant.html) to apply for funding to continue to develop the ideas towards commercialisation. Guidance will be provided by the programme organisers to select the appropriate funding application\, or invention disclosure form to best suit the developed solution. \n   For more information please contact SPRINTS@MATER.IE \nSupported by the Pillar Centre for Transformative Healthcare
