Biography
Paula has worked in the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital for the past 11 years. She has held posts in the HR department, Medical Secretary in the Cardiology Department and was administrator for the Mater Lean Academy before joining the Pillar Centre for Transformative Healthcare in 2017.
Paula was the lead on a team which undertook a comprehensive outpatient waiting list validation for both the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital and the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital resulting in reduced DNA’s throughout various outpatient departments.
Paula’s previous background was in the construction industry where she spent 2 years with MCHD on the new build of the Mater Hospital and was previously Document Control Manager on four of the biggest infrastructure projects in Ireland.
