Biography
Erin graduated from UCC in 2003 with a BSc in Microbiology. Bolstered by her passion for healthcare improvement and innovation, she later graduated with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Healthcare.
Education, research and innovation have been the focal points of Erin’s career to date. Erin has more than 12 years of experience in a Healthcare setting, in both the Private and Public sector, in a primary care setting as well as that of a level 4 teaching hospital. Her experience in leading and supporting improvement projects as well as industry, research, education and innovation experience will enhance the delivery of an efficient and high quality service in the Pillar Centre for Transformative healthcare.
Prior to taking on the role of Operations Manager in the Pillar Centre, she worked as Manager of the Clinical Trials Research Unit in the Mater Hospital managing a portfolio of oncology and haematology clinical trials.
