This is the exciting and novel “1st European Society of Human Genetics course on Precision Medicine: A Focus on Clinical Utility” and the first time that ireland has run/ delivered an ESHG event/course.
It will take place in the Mater hospital in April 2022 (with the Pillar Room being the focal point) and will have attendees (virtually) from across Ireland, Europe and beyond, firmly establishing the Mater footprint in the area of precision medicine within the international arena.
It will have over 40 educators from 20 clinical and academic institutions (75% from the island of Ireland and 25% international) delivering world class sessions in precision medicine and is suitable for a wide breath of specialities and expertise levels. This initiative clearly demonstrates that when we pull together as a country we can deliver in this area at the highest level.
It will have appropriate CME/CPD points accredited from the EACCME.
Please also note the 70 ESHG scholarships that are available for early clinicians/ scientists attend.
